From one oven to eighteen

In 2016, our founders opened a tiny shop on Blue Oaks Boulevard with a hand-me-down deck oven and a 48-hour dough recipe they’d been perfecting in their garage. The goal was simple: a pizza that stays crisp from the first bite to the last crust, no matter how loaded it is.

Word spread fast. Lines got longer, phones rang off the hook, and handwritten tickets started piling up. That’s when we went looking for a system built for pizza, not just restaurants. We found Adora, and it changed how we run every shop.

Today, Crisp Pizza serves 18 neighborhoods with the same dough, the same sauce and the same obsession with that perfect crunch.
